All packages are posted by An Post, Ireland.

 We offer FREE shipping by Standard post within Ireland and and FREE International shipping for a purchase over €100. 
Standard International shipping is € 10.
This shipping method doesn't provide tracking or a guarantee of safe arrival. Please note, if you chose this method we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

 Shipping by registered post is €10 within Ireland and €15 to all International destinations.
Registered shipping method provides tracking number and safer postage arrival. However we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

 All packages are shipped from our location within 1-3 working days. Delivery time depends on country of destination. Usually delivery in Ireland takes 3-5 days, delivery over Europe takes 2 weeks. Delivery to US can take up to 30 days. For more accurate delivery time please check with your local post office.

For safety and hygiene reasons, our exchange/refund policy does not extend to a small number of products, such as earrings. 
Any other product, except earrings, can be exchanged within 28 days from purchase. If item is returned, as sold, we are happy to refund within 14 days from purchase date.  If more time has passed from purchase date, please contact us and we may be able help you anyway.
According to An Post policy, breakable items and Jewellery are not insurable. Therefore, in the unlikely event that any items may be damaged during transit, it will not be the responsibility of the Afina Couture.
